As the coordinator of the Flag Design Forum, Brian Cham would be happy to arrange a meeting slot to present your design to NAVA for feedback. Please send the request using the below contact form.

If you represent a location with at least one million residents, Brian Cham would be happy to consider consulting on your flag project. His specialty is flag design, but he also has experience with legislation and process. Please send the request using the below contact form.

To obtain a physical copy of a flag design, you will need a vector file (preferably PDF format) to send to a local manufacturer for fabrication. Some pages on this website offer the vector file for visitors to download. If not, please send your request using the below contact form and the vector file will be sent to you.

After you obtain your physical copy of a flag, feel free to send Brian Cham a photo to show your appreciation. Also let him know if you are happy to have the photo featured on the website.

Brian Cham has international experience and is happy to consult for flag projects anywhere in the world – not just US states!

Only if you can pay Brian Cham more than his regular employment as a software engineer.
